Erection of Produced Water Tank at Saih Rawal

The project that started on February 17th, 2025 is nearing completion now with only hydrotest left. We used conventional method of tank erection and in this case a 50 tonne hydraulic crane has been used. 
The tank dimensions are 15meters in diameter, 8m height and 6mm thick shellplates. The methodology incorporated is welding the shell plates together and placing them on top of each other to make the tank. This is followed by welding of nozzles and erection of roof structure, spiral stairway, handrails etc. The final dimensional check has been alotted for May 10th. 



For this job, 15000 safe man hours has been completed and there has been no record of time loss, injuries etc. PDO quality & safety standards have been adhered.



The Hydrotest will be carried out later, with a holding time of 12hrs after filling 25%, 12hrs after filling 50% and 24hrs after filling 100%. This erection job is a significant milestone after the start of new fiscal year showcasing our commitment to clients in ensuring timely delivery of critical projects while adhering to safety and quality standards.
